How would you describe a typical day in your job as a work-study executive assistant?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In my opinion, there’s no such thing as a typical day in the life of an executive assistant.\nThe tasks are highly varied and multi-faceted.\nThe tasks that make up the day are rarely repeated, which maintains a dynamic and stimulating environment. <\/p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.25.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.25.1″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.25.1″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”Arial||||||||” text_text_color=”#000000″ global_colors_info=”{}” theme_builder_area=”post_content”]

Indeed, as a management assistant, I’m responsible for coordinating and monitoring various aspects of ongoing projects, and one of the key aspects of this responsibility is monitoring fragrance tests.\nThis may include planning tests, coordinating the teams involved, collecting and analyzing results, and communicating conclusions. <\/p>\n

So, although my days are filled with various tasks and responsibilities, test follow-up remains a constant priority.\nIt’s what gives structure to my day and enables me to guarantee the efficient progress of projects while ensuring the quality of results. <\/p>\n

How do you balance your studies with your work in the company?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Striking a balance between my studies and my work in the company comes naturally to me.\nIndeed, I see these two aspects of my life as complementary and mutually enriching. <\/p>\n

Working in a company gives me the opportunity to learn practical skills and concrete knowledge that I can apply directly to my studies.\nThis on-the-job experience gives me a unique and enriching perspective, which reinforces my understanding of the theoretical concepts covered in class.\nWhat’s more, working in an SME makes this balance even easier. <\/p>\n

What professional skills are you looking to develop during your work-study program?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

I’m particularly motivated to increase my autonomy, to work collaboratively with different departments within the company, and to develop my ability to lead projects independently.<\/p>\n

I particularly appreciate receiving regular feedback from management.\nThis feedback enables me to progress and constantly improve in my missions. <\/p>\n
